粉紅胡椒精油 Schinus molle

說明

雖然粉紅胡椒除了顏色外其他外觀都與黑胡椒相似，但實際上其品種更近於腰果。肖乳香屬「molle」或稱作粉紅胡椒樹是古印加的聖樹。當地原住民會用粉紅胡椒樹的各個部位 做為藥草，其中也包括粉紅胡椒的果實，以滿足各種健康需求。它是一種理想的烹飪精油，也可享受其風味與內部效益。

用途

  • 一至兩滴精油搭配多特瑞分餾椰子油使用，進行舒緩按摩。
  • 擴香或直接嗅吸能提升精神敏銳度。
  • 搭配柑橘類或花朵類精油帶來活力芬芳。

使用方式

擴香：於各式芳香噴霧器中滴入三至四滴精油。
內服：將一滴精油滴入約118毫升的飲品中服用。
外用： 於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴精油。搭配基底油稀釋使用可以減少肌膚過敏等不適。請參見下方注意事項。
