用途

  • 塗抹於腹部，按摩以利舒緩及鎮定不適。 
  • 潮熱感時可塗抹於肌膚帶來清涼、舒緩功效。 

使用方式

外用：塗抹於頸部後方、太陽穴和足底。以 doTERRA分餾椰子油稀釋降低肌膚過敏。請參閱以下使用注意事項。
