尤加利精油 Eucalyptus radiata

說明

尤加利為高大的常青樹可長至15公尺高，有時亦稱為口香糖樹。尤加利（桉樹）精油的主要化學成分為桉葉醇和α-松油醇，使其為一款相當適合促進呼吸順暢及用於放鬆按摩的精油。尤加利精油具有潔淨的特性能清潔肌膚及各式表面和淨化空氣。相關研究顯示尤加利精油能有效促進放鬆感。

用途

  • 於保濕用品加入一滴帶來醒膚功效。
  • 沖澡時於手中倒入幾滴塗抹於鼻下，深吸香氣以提振精神、帶來活力。

使用方式

擴香：在各式芳香噴霧器中倒入三至四滴精油。
外用：於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴精油。以 doTERRA 分餾椰子油稀釋降低肌膚過敏。請參閱以下使用注意事項。
