青橘精油 Citrus nobilis

說明

青橘精油萃取自尚未熟成的橘子樹。青橘精油最主要的成分之一是檸烯。檸烯以其清潔表面的功效廣為人知。於家中或辦公室擴香清新香甜的青橘精油，打造一個活力十足、充滿能量的環境。

用途

  • 青橘精油可做為天然的食物防腐劑或可以稀釋加入噴霧瓶来清潔廚房各式表面。
  • 平日口腔清潔中使用有助牙齒擁有健康光澤。
  • 每日於水裡滴入1至2滴精油以增添風味。
  • 可與羅勒、檀香木、薰衣草或綠薄荷搭配擴香使用，享受精油帶來提振情緒的功效。

使用方式

擴香：在各式芳香噴霧器中滴入三至四滴精油。
內服：將一滴精油滴入約118毫升的飲品稀釋服用。
外用：於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴精油。搭配基底油稀釋使用可以減少肌膚過敏等不適。請參見下方注意事項。

注意事項

可能會引起肌膚過敏。放置處應遠離孩童。懷孕、哺乳或接受治療者，請先諮詢醫師再使用。避免接觸眼睛、內耳等敏感部位。使用後至少12小時內請遠離陽光或紫外線照射。
