羅馬洋甘菊精油 Anthemis nobilis

說明

羅馬洋甘菊匍匐地面生長，至多為30公分左右高。其擁有灰綠色的葉片，花朵外形像雛菊，聞起來則像蘋果。因其對周遭植物能帶來正面的作用，羅馬洋甘菊亦有「植物醫生」的暱稱。古羅馬人使用此種植物精油做為戰場上的強心劑。羅馬洋甘菊最常見的用途為入茶，也見於乳霜、飲品、染髮劑、洗髮精和香水。

用途

  • 將1-2滴精油加入你喜愛的潤膚用品、洗髮精或潤髮乳以促進年輕的肌膚與秀髮。
  • 將1-2滴精油加入草本茶或熱飲中。
  • 睡前可擴香或塗抹於足底。

使用方式

擴香：在各式芳香噴霧器中倒入三至四滴精油。
內服：將一滴精油倒入約118ml的飲品中服用。
外用：於所需部位塗抹一至兩滴精油。以doTERRA 分餾椰子油稀釋降低肌膚過敏。請參閱以下使用注意事項。
